I'm mum to two teen girls Lola & Evie, wife to Steve, caretaker of a menagerie of animals, dedicated doula & all round nurturer, unschooling our family in the Worcestershire countryside.
I had a pretty turbulent journey into Motherhood, having Endometriosis , PCOS, unexplained infertility and suffering three devastating pregnancy losses along the way. This journey, coupled with the very traumatic birth of my eldest daughter in 2010 led me into the depths of postnatal anxiety, with nowhere to turn for support. - this lit a fire in me and perinatal wellbeing became my passion and soul calling .

Having worked with Women for over 20 years i hold a vast number of highly recognised, professional qualifications and regularly undertake Mentorship with other women - shared wisdom is magic and every woman needs someone who is able to hold and nuture them as they hold and nurture others.
My perinatal courses are approved NHS training and used by numerous trusts all over the UK.
I have provided Cultural Humility training for leading birth and baby course providers, universities and charities.
I have supported hundreds of women from all over the world to build successful, thriving perinatal wellbeing businesses that have enabled them to not only find that vital work life balance, but to also make a huge difference to the lives of other mothers and their babies.
