Menopause is not a time to be hidden away or feared - it's a time to celebrate our rebirth and honour the wisdom that comes with this phase of the journey.

 

When we understand what's happening within our body we are able to fully nurture and nourish it rather than work against it - it's easier to go with the ebb and flow of the sea than to swim against the tide!

 

As Women we are predisposed to need connection and the menopause is no different - community matters , finding   women who understand you matters

Learning to work with my body rather than trying to control her has changed everything for me.

 

Simply slowing down, tuning in and listening rather than rushing and being absorbed in the chaos has truly enabled me to find practices, allies and tools that help me flourish  

 

As I approach menopause I’m listening deeply to what my body needs at this stage in the journey - it won’t be the same tools I needed when my babies were young because I’m not the same person … rites of passage are magic  

 

 


Over 12 weeks of working with me on a 1:1 basis we will journey together to explore the following areas:

  • Exploring your Gut health and the implications on holistic wellbeing


 

  •  HRT & Natural Remedies: Explore what HRT is, how it impacts the mind and body, it's nuances and efficacy in Perimenopause & Menopause - making informed choices 

  • Personalised Ayurvedic healing protocols for your unique Perimenopause and Menopause journey


 

  •  Nervous System Regulation: Coming home to your body , honouring its wisdom


 

  •  Spiritual Midwifery: I will guide you in connecting with your inner Wise Woman through personalised  somatic practices, meditation and visualisation

 


 
 

You will receive :

12 weeks 1:1 support 

3 Zoom Consultations lasting 60-90 minutes each and including somatic, healing practices such as breathwork and guided womb connection 

12 weeks of voice note/text/ email support 

A detailed overview of your Ayurvedic Dosha and how this forms the foundation of your holistic health needs

A review of your hormonal health & potential hormonal disruptors

A bespoke personalised Ayurvedic detox 

A personalised Ayurvedic Nutrition Plan

A Healing herbal medicine Protocol 

I work with a handful of 1:1 clients at any one time to ensure you have the most personalised support possible.

I currently have 3 spaces for my 1:1 Ayurvedic Menopause Program available (to begin on July 8th)

The investment for this is reduced to £275 in return for completing feedback for me to use on my website and social media (the usual investment for 12 weeks 1:1 support will be £1200)
